Handling Time

All orders before 12PM SGT are sent out on the same
day. 

We have a track record of sending orders out within one day
but please allow up to 5 days MAXIMUM for orders to be shipped out. This is in the event that some bigger items require better packaging to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit.

Warranty & Returns

New Items (Brand New / Sealed in Bag / New Surplus /
New):

Returns are not accepted for new items unless they are
defective, and within 30 days of receiving item.

Used Items:

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Buyer will be
responsible for paying the return shipping charges unless the item is
defective. The refund will be processed once the item has been received, and
checked that it is sent back in the same condition it was sold in.

Non-Working / For-Parts Items:

Returns and refunds are not accepted.

 

We ship worldwide using established international couriers including FedEx and DHL. The shipping method may vary depending on the item's size, weight and destination.

Dispatch
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Selected products are eligible for same-day dispatch when ordered before 2:00 PM Singapore Time.

Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable shipping charges, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected before shipment, so you will not normally be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
