Terms of service

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from W3 Industries Pte. Ltd. (“W3 Industries”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, accepting a quotation or otherwise purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with any applicable quotation, invoice, product listing, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order with us.

1. Products and Product Information

We supply new and used industrial parts, components and equipment from a wide range of manufacturers.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, part numbers and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, condition, part number, specifications and other relevant information before placing an order.

Where compatibility, revision, configuration or suitability for a particular application is important, customers should contact us for confirmation before purchasing.

2. Product Condition

The condition of each product is stated on the relevant product page.

Used products may show signs of previous use, handling, storage or cosmetic wear. Such wear does not necessarily affect the operation of the product.

Products described as “As-Is”, “For Parts Only”, “Non-Working” or similar are sold in their stated condition and may be defective, incomplete, damaged or unsuitable for normal operation.

Faults or conditions clearly disclosed in the product listing do not, by themselves, constitute grounds for a return or refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

3. Product Photographs

Product photographs will generally show the actual item offered for sale.

Where multiple quantities of the same product are available, or where inventory has been restocked, the item supplied may not be the exact unit photographed and may have minor cosmetic differences.

Where the exact appearance, revision, serial number, accessories or other characteristics of an individual unit are important, please contact us before ordering.

4. Availability and Inventory

Unless otherwise stated, products shown as available on our website are generally held in stock.

However, availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted by us. Inventory discrepancies, simultaneous orders, listing errors or other circumstances may occasionally result in a product becoming unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact the customer and, where payment has already been received, refund the amount paid for the affected product or order.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are accurate. However, pricing, currency, calculation or listing errors may occasionally occur.

If a product has been incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to reject or cancel the affected order, including after an order has been submitted or payment has been received.

Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled due to such an error, we will refund the amount paid for the affected product or order.

We are not obliged to supply a product at an incorrect price resulting from an obvious or genuine pricing or listing error.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in that order.

Receipt of an order confirmation or payment does not necessarily constitute our final acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

  • product or inventory errors;
  • pricing or listing errors;
  • payment issues;
  • suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions;
  • export, trade or regulatory restrictions;
  • shipping restrictions; or
  • circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the affected product or order.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using a payment method accepted by us.

Orders may not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared unless alternative payment terms have been expressly agreed by us in writing.

For bank transfers, customers are responsible for any bank, intermediary or transfer charges associated with making payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. W3 Industries must receive the full amount stated on the applicable invoice or quotation.

We may carry out reasonable verification or request additional information before accepting or dispatching an order.

8. Quotations and Pro Forma Invoices

We may provide quotations or pro forma invoices upon request.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are subject to product availability and do not reserve inventory until the order has been accepted and any required payment has been received.

A quotation may specify its own validity period, pricing, shipping arrangements, payment terms or other conditions.

Where a quotation, invoice or written agreement contains terms that expressly differ from these Terms, the specifically agreed terms in that document will apply to the relevant transaction to the extent of the inconsistency.

9. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order at any time before dispatch.

All cancellation requests are subject to our approval and an order is not considered cancelled until we have confirmed the cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and any request to return the product will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We reserve the right to decline a cancellation request where processing, preparation, packaging, procurement or other work relating to the order has already been undertaken.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally using established logistics providers.

Orders are generally dispatched within the processing timeframe stated on our website or product page. Any delivery dates or transit times provided are estimates only unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, regulatory inspections, destination restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where Same Day Dispatch is offered, this means that an eligible order will be dispatched from our facility on the same business day, subject to the applicable cut-off time and stated conditions. Same Day Dispatch does not mean Same Day Delivery.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

11. International Orders, Duties and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices for orders shipped using our standard international shipping arrangement are based on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.

Where DDP applies, the applicable shipping charges, import duties and taxes arranged by us are included in the price charged to the customer.

DDP treatment is subject to the destination, product and shipping arrangement. If a destination cannot be serviced under our standard arrangement, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative shipping method or quotation.

Customers remain responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable assistance required for customs clearance, import formalities or delivery.

12. Customer-Arranged Shipping

Customers may request to arrange shipping using their own courier, freight forwarder or shipping account.

Such arrangements must be agreed with us before dispatch.

Where customer-arranged shipping is approved, we may provide a revised quotation excluding shipping and applicable import-related charges that would otherwise have been included in our standard price.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once the goods have been handed over to the customer's nominated carrier or freight forwarder, responsibility for the transportation arrangements, associated charges and import formalities rests with the customer.

13. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If a shipment is returned, held or otherwise affected because the customer fails to provide required information, documentation or reasonable assistance for delivery or customs clearance, any resulting additional costs may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery and are accepted only where the product is defective or materially different from its description.

Products sold as “As-Is”, “For Parts Only”, “Non-Working” or similar are not eligible for return or refund on the basis of faults or conditions disclosed before purchase.

Returned products must remain in their original condition. Products that have been opened, repaired, modified, dismantled, damaged or subjected to additional wear may not qualify for a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

15. Inspection, Installation and Use

Customers should inspect products promptly upon delivery and notify us within the applicable return period if they believe a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable and compatible with their intended equipment, system or application before installation or use.

Industrial electrical, mechanical, automation, safety and other specialised equipment should be installed, tested and operated by appropriately qualified personnel and in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions, regulations and safety requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, W3 Industries is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable application or failure to follow appropriate installation or operating procedures.

16. Warranty

Unless expressly stated on the applicable product listing, quotation or invoice, products sold by W3 Industries do not include an additional warranty provided by W3 Industries beyond the rights and remedies expressly stated in these Terms and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Any manufacturer's warranty, where applicable, is subject to the manufacturer's own terms and eligibility requirements, and we do not guarantee that a manufacturer's warranty is transferable or available for any particular product unless expressly stated.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the foregoing and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, W3 Industries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with a product, order or use of our website.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, loss of profit, revenue, production, business, contracts, anticipated savings, data or opportunity, and losses arising from business interruption or equipment downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, W3 Industries' total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a particular product or transaction, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, will not exceed the amount actually paid to W3 Industries for the product giving rise to the claim.

The limitations in this section apply only to the extent that they are lawful and reasonable in the circumstances.

This final sentence matters: Singapore UCTA expressly applies a reasonableness test to a number of contractual limitations, and when liability is capped at a specified amount, the statute identifies matters including available resources and the possibility of insurance as relevant considerations.

18. Third-Party Manufacturers and Trademarks

W3 Industries sells products manufactured by various third-party manufacturers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, W3 Industries is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by the manufacturers whose products may be offered on our website.

Manufacturer names, product names, part numbers, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes.

19. Export and Trade Restrictions

Products may be subject to export controls, sanctions, trade restrictions or other legal requirements imposed by Singapore or other applicable jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any transaction where we reasonably believe that supplying, exporting or delivering a product may violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions or trade restrictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from us may lawfully be imported, possessed and used in their destination country and intended application.

We may request information concerning the customer, end user, destination or intended use where reasonably required for compliance purposes.

20. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, layout, photographs and other material created by or for W3 Industries, is owned by or licensed to W3 Industries unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for legitimate personal or business purchasing purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or systematically extract substantial portions of our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

21. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by third parties, including payment, logistics and technology providers.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's own terms and policies.

22. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for a failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, civil disturbance, government action, sanctions, epidemics, labour disruption, transportation disruption, customs delays, carrier disruption, telecommunications failures or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where such an event materially affects an order, we may suspend performance, arrange an alternative method of fulfilment or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order where appropriate.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where necessary, treated as severed from these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

24. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce any right or provision under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right or provision.

Any waiver must be expressly given by us and applies only to the particular circumstances for which it was given.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or any purchase from W3 Industries are governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.

Subject to any mandatory legal rights applicable to the customer, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, policies or applicable requirements.

The Terms applicable to a purchase will generally be those in effect at the time the relevant order is placed, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

The latest version will be published on this page together with its effective or last-updated date.
