We use trusted international couriers such as DHL, Fedex, as well as freight services for larger, bulkier shipments. The best method will be chosen based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

We ship to many countries worldwide. Where an order is shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis, import duties and taxes are included. Otherwise, any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You may arrange your own courier or freight forwarder with our prior agreement. Our responsibility ends once the goods are handed to your nominated courier.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible. Keep all original packaging while the matter is investigated.
