• Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note delivery times are based on when the tracking number is provided.

  China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia : 2-3 business days
  United Kingdom, EU : 3-5 business days
  Singapore :  Next business day

• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier issues.

• Please ensure that any import charges are paid at your earliest convenience to prevent any delays.
  
  Please note: No refund for the order will be given if import charges are not paid and/or courier fails to deliver your parcel.

3. Shipping Rates
